If your 2022 was anything like mine, it went by in the blink of an eye. There is less than a month until we ring in the New Year and with so many festivals to choose from, saying “Hello, 2023” is sure to be a blast. Here are some of the can't-miss New Year's Eve raves that are on our watchlist for this year.

Abduction | Seattle, Washington | 12/31

Taking a chip off the Countdown block, Insomniac brings the aliens to Seattle for this single-day event. Abduction brought artists Eric Prydz, Lane 8, Dabin, and Droeloe to the PNW patrons for its 2021 event, and although the 2022 lineup isn't out yet, we can be sure it's going to be just as big.

Countdown: New Year’s Invasion | San Bernadino, California | 12/31/2021-01/01/2022

Bringing back their alien-themed New Year’s event to Southern California, Countdown features incredible artists across a plethora of sub-genres. This two-day event features artists such as ATLiens, Jack Beats, Galantis, Mikey Lion, Tchami, and more. Insomniac Events’ themed events always hit the nail on the head, so dust off those space suits and get ready for an out-of-this-world event.

Decadence NYE | Denver, Colorado | 12/30-12/31

Featuring artists like Big Wild, Chris Lake, Kaskade, Porter Robinson, and Zeds Dead, Decadence Colorado will be a vibe this year. Taking a hint from the logo, guests are likely to see more gold this New Year’s Eve compared to 2019.

Decadence Arizona | Chandler, Arizona | 12/30-12/31

Another diverse lineup coming at you courtesy of Decadence Arizona features the do-not-miss Dr. Fresch, Flume, Malaa, Nicole Moudaber, and others. Travel packages are available for those coming out of state. So, pack your fuzzy jackets and get ready to count down at this two-day fest.

Hijinx | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania | 12/30-12/31

Hijinx brings it back this year with artists Ganja White Knight, Gigantic NGHTMRE, Rezz, EPROM, and more. Offering travel packages and afterparties, Hijinx is the perfect event for those of you who like to party well into 2022.

Lights All Night | Dallas, Texas | 12/30-12/31

Robots, aliens, and disco! Oh my! A bass-heavy meets deep house festival highlighting artists such as ATLiens, Gordo, John Summit, and Lee Foss. Lights All Night promotes getting lost in their world and exploring their ‘planet of color, light and sound.’

Lights All Night | Minneapolis, Minnesota | 12/30-12/31

The second location of Lights All Night switches it up with artists Zhu, SIDEPIECE, Feed Me, and more. And yes. There will still be robots and disco.

OMFG! | San Diego, California | 12/30-12/31/2022

Coming back for its ninth year, OMFG! brings a multi-genre lineup of artists Porter Robinson, Jessica Audiffred, Said The Sky and others to this two-day fest.

Contact Winter Music Festival | Vancouver, British Columbia | 12/29-12/30/2022

A fan favorite for the Vancouver area, Contact Winter Music Festival is the place to be in the Pacific Northwest for New Year's Eve. This year the annual festival includes heavy hitter acts like Above & Beyond and The Chainsmokers as well as newer favorites like Sudden Death and Subtronics.

Jackpot NYE | Las Vegas, Nevada | 12/30-12/31/2022

If there is one place that has always had great lineups for events, it's Las Vegas. This year there is a new New Year's Eve festival coming into town in the Downtown area called Jackpot NYE. A good New Year's Eve festival is something that Vegas has been missing, though there is certainly no shortage of things to do. Check out the lineup for this year's first festival, and buy tickets at the link above!

Moonlight Masquerade | Portland, Oregon | 12/30-12/31/2022

The Pacific Northwest has always had great festivals. From the events that happen in The Gorge to the hidden events that happen in the trees throughout the summertime, Oregon and Washington's local rave culture runs far and wide. Moonlight Masquerade is another favorite that you can add to your list, with a great lineup and a central location right in Portland.

CRSSD Proper NYE | San Diego, California | 12/31-1/1/2023

CRSSD is one of the most popular house and techno festivals in the US, and now that the twice-annual festival has expanded to a New Year's Eve show, we can hardly contain how excited we are. This year the event will take place in Petco Park, making its central Downtown location ideal for anyone traveling into San Diego for the event.

Provenance NYE | Dulth, Georgia | 12/31/2022

One of the few single-day NYE events on this, Provenance NYE brings you a diverse lineup with artists Zomboy, Oliver Heldens, Minnesota, Trampa, and Fansis Derelle.
