Blossom
Named “The Best DJ in Phoenix 2019”, this London-born, Phoenix-raised DJ/producer is known as Blossom. Before discovering herself in house music as well as drum and bass, she was classically trained in orchestra for twelve years. She’s earned the support of AC Slater, Habstrakt, among others which has helped her claim her name to fame with her feminine yet botanical alias.
As she expresses the color pink in her personal style and discography, she aims to build a “pink planet” for her beloved fans here in Arizona and across the world! Sprouting her way through stages at Lollapalooza and EDC Las Vegas, she’s finally made her way back to Arizona after signing to Helix Records. Give her latest release “Steamroller” a listen as she describes it as “drum and blossom”.
Follow this flower to her element at The Paradise Prairie Stage on Friday, October 4!
HVDES
Making music “for the misfits and misunderstood”, HVDES offers a darker intensified sound inspired by her deep roots in hardcore and alternative scenes. Sharing her most authentic sinister aspects of her psyche with the dance floor and mosh pits, HVDES is widely recognized for the collaborative heater “Don’t You Dare Go Hollow” featuring SVDDEN DEATH. Combining electronic and rock music for the upcoming generation (of metal-bassheads), she’s made herself a staple name in a new signature style of music: rocktronic.
HVDES recently released her debut album How To Kill A God furthering her musical path and embodiment of the underworld. She explains this slicing-raw album was dedicated to “the wounded, the survivors, the grieving, those fighting battles with addiction or struggling with mental health, wanderers seeking their place in this world and anyone searching for a purpose greater than themselves”. Take a listen before HVDES shreds the dance floor into a mosh pit before your very eyes!
Find HVDES at The Moonrise Mountain Stage on Saturday, October 5!
Jackie Hollander
Melodic house. Techno. Versatile synths and basslines. This self-taught DJ/producer from San-Francisco is best known as Jackie Hollander. The “All My Friends Are Hot” producer thought to pause her music career for a sales position prior to releasing tracks which ultimately changed the course of her career.
After signing three songs over a 12-month period with her mentor Justin Jay, Hollander is now focused on building a community within her fan base and performing as much as humanly possible. As she builds upon her love for trance music, grab your headphones and listen to her latest single, “Pass You By” prior to the event!
