In the wild wild West, there is one festival that every space cowgirl in the galaxy should try to attend: Goldrush Arizona. Lucky for us, a few of the babes in our space gang live in the Phoenix area which makes coming and going to the Rawhide Western Town & Event Center in Chandler, Arizona easy breezy. On the topic of breezy, the rave gods smiled upon us this past weekend and made the usually high AZ temperatures cool and comfortable all weekend long. With an incredible lineup, new unique activations, and the festival taking place in an actual western town, this 3-day music festival was full of so many golden moments. It's hard to narrow them down but here are our top 5 moments from Goldrush Arizona.
Roller Disco
When you hear there’s a roller disco at the rave you just have to go! Roller skating is surprisingly becoming popular again, and if you’ve been to a roller rink recently it’s no surprise why it would be attracting the EDM community. The funky disco vibes and neon lights make the perfect unique addition to any music festival. Whether it’s your first time at a roller rink or you are a skating pro, the roller disco at Goldrush was a true hidden gem and made the perfect place to have a spontaneous meet-up with friends.

The Feels at Above & Beyond
There is nothing quite like an Above & Beyond set. The OG trance DJs always create an incredible atmosphere of love and gratitude for being surrounded by so many beautiful like-minded people. This set was particularly deep and a wonderful blend of ethereal beats, cinematic moments, and some hard trance break-downs. Our faces hurt from smiling so much!

Stage-Side Massage
After a long 3 day festival in platform boots, every cowgirl deserves to take a break. With the option to relax and receive a massage inside the event, we thought why wait until Monday to finally kick off our boots. We decided to take a mid-festival break in between sets and get in some much-needed RnR before heading off to finish our night.

Face Melt Crew Light Show During Zeds Dead b2b Griz
The absolute best way to take a break from dancing and walking around the fest is to sit down for a light show. The Face Melt Crew had our minds melting during this epic set. We were mesmerized by all the lights.

We can all agree that lasers are definitely one of the best elements of any rave and the lasers at Goldrush were seriously next level! From the main stage to the house stage to the bass stage, it was hard to see a set that didn’t have wild visuals and lasers of all kinds and colors.
