With the launch of our new HoneiiBeth X iHeartRaves collection this month, we wanted to give you some more information about the brand that we love so much with an exclusive interview. HoneiiBeth, which was founded by Elizabeth McDowell and aims to help people feel more confident in the clothes they wear to raves and festivals.
HoneiiBeth's signature harness style embraces femininity and sexuality to create one of a kind looks that are not only comfortable when you're raging on the dancefloor, but look sexy even after a night of running around the festival. Check out our interview with Elizabeth below and shop the new collection at iHeartRaves today.

iHR: What inspired you to found HoneiiBeth?
Elizabeth McDowell: I always loved rave wear and lingerie. I wanted to create a mix of the two and found that through embellishing harnesses, adding sparkle. Over time I began to make tops and bottoms, adding some of those same embellishments from my harnesses.
iHR: Can you describe what HoneiiBeth is to you?
EM: It’s my passion, my happiness. Creating something new is therapeutic for me. It’s a way to express myself, be a part of the culture I love so much and connect with amazing people who love my own creations.

iHR: What does rave culture mean to you?
EM: I remember going to my first rave at 18 and feeling a sense of freedom I have never felt before. It was a breath of fresh air to me to be around such an uplifting, kindhearted community. I knew immediately that raving would be a part of my life for a very long time.

iHR: What are some of your favorite pieces that HoneiiBeth has done with iHeartRaves?
EM: My favorite pieces have been the Daphne Set and the Holly Blue Harnesses. They have been some of my favorite sets of all time.
iHR: What are some of your favorite festival fashion trends?
EM: Right now we’ve seen masks be apart of rave fashion in all kinds of shapes and forms. I also love the mix between pastel and holographic pieces.
iHR: What trends do you see popping up in the next year?
EM: I see people wearing even more accessories, mix and match pieces, and hopefully more harnesses.
