i was so exicted and the bladder leaks and then the whole zipper came off and started ripping the bag on the first use

I haven’t been able to use it but I know whenever I do, I will get many compliments. It’s the perfect size for a festival. I can carry all my necessities plus my boyfriend’s or friend’s without carrying too much weight. I love how deep the front two pockets are and I love that the inside of the backpack is fuzzy! Overall the perfect accessory and easy to put together. I cannot wait to use this!
