Every summer, Global Dance Festival makes an appearance right in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the country - Denver, Colorado. Featuring artists from every genre possible, this festival not only promises to bring great beats, but so much more! Here's everything you need to know about Global Dance Festival 2019.
The Lineup
First and most importantly, you need to know about the most fire lineup in all of Colorado. Global Dance Festival's 2019 lineup is hotter than ever, featuring acts such as Diplo, Galantis, Kaskade, BTSM, and even a b2b Excision/Illenium set that is (so far) only set to take place at one other place this year (Lost Lands).

Tickets
You can either buy VIP or GA tickets for Global Dance Fest, which are priced by Tier. For GA, Tier 3 ($159) and Tier 4 ($189) are still available - which I think is super reasonable for all that a ticket entails!
For VIP, Tier 2 is still available for $239. VIP tickets get you the following:
- Separate expedited festival entry on the south side of the festival. Off of Old West Colfax Avenue.
- Private viewing area in front of Global Summit Stage
- Commemorative VIP laminate & lanyard
- Access to Global VIP Village (private bars, private bathrooms, lounge seating areas)
- Plus more!
Also, if you buy ahead of time, payment plans are available as well which makes it super affordable. Single day tickets are available for this event as well.
Rides
I think it’s super cool that there are rides at Global Dance! In the past rides have included swings, Ferris wheels, spinning cars and more! Stay tuned for this year’s ride list, coming soon.

Food Trucks
Ravers gotta eat! It’s important to refuel throughout the event so you have the proper energy to dance your booty off all night long! Plus, this is a great way to "taste" and support local Denver food. Stay tuned for a list of Food Trucks coming soon.
Location/Getting there:
This year’s event will take place for the third year in a row at Sports Authority Field at Mile High (in the parking lot of Bronco Stadium). Getting to this location is super easy and affordable! You can either take the light rail for a round trip of up to $12 and get dropped off just a few blocks away. Or, you can easily use ride share and get picked up/dropped off right next to the festival!

Parking
Parking will be available in the lots surrounding Sports Authority Field for a $10 fee. You may tailgate at your car in your designated parking space; however, note that overnight camping is not allowed so be sure to party responsibly! Be sure to note that parking on neighborhood streets around the stadium is illegal. You will be towed! Read more about tailgating HERE.
Silent Disco
Grab a pair of headphones and Experience amazing local talent from the mile high city itself! The Silent Disco area at Global Dance Festival will offer 3 different channels, providing a multi-genre experience.
Art installations / performers
I love wandering the festival grounds at each fest and experiencing the different art and performers. It really makes the event feel so much more magical! This year, GDF will have art installations that are both returning and new installations that are “carefully curated for an experience to spark the imaginations.” Additionally, there are set to be tons of performers in creative costumes roaming the fest, including dancers, stilters, circus performers and more. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for this!
