definitely glows under blacklight. Very loose pigment so my inexperienced self had some trouble but with some practice I cant wait to step up my rave look with these pigments

Pigment is amazing!
With the use of glitter glue/ gel this loose glitter does wonders for rave attire! The colors are very vibrant in person!
