Great product and perfect size!
tl; dr Buy at least one size down, but the way ITA's shorts seem to be cut these days mean they'll still not fit as they should. I hate being that guy to write a negative review after having so many positive experiences with a company (which I haven't written enough reviews for, but now I promise I'll catch up), but the sizing on these shorts is terrible. Right now I'm a solid 33 with all my pants, but the sizing on these shorts is waaaay off and a 32 runs almost ridiculously large. Forget it if you want to hold a phone in your pocket: your pants will sag right off your ass as you walk, and you'll be adjusting them every few steps. "But there's a drawstring, you idiot!," you might be telling me right now. But therein lies part of the rub. When both pairs of my shorts arrived (one 30"; which fit better, except the pockets tent out, a sign pants aren't sized very well by design), I honestly lol'ed at the length of the drawstrings. By far the most excessively long strings you've ever seen, and just a really disappointing lack of care from a company I always appreciate. I wish I had measured it when they first came, but just now I cinched the pair of 32"'s I have on as tight as possible so that they can actually try to fit (pockets ALSO tent out though), and the drawstring is legit 20 inches long. That's about 2-3 inches below where either leg ends (see the pic), so the only way you could at all make these look presentable is to tie the string into a massive bow as if you're presenting your crotch as a birthday present (which only works if you have someone who'd appreciate it, because it's not exactly something for people you meet on a dog walk or playing basketball with). You have the option to cut the string as needed as the tips aren't laminated, unfortunately (fortunately if you want to fix them yourself), but that's never been a selling point of any pants I've heard about, and not one I'd generally be excited about. When I buy clothes, I simply want them to fit right and be a finished product, not have literal loose ends I need to tie up myself. Yeah, I know this is a ridiculous length, super nit-picky review for a pair of $20-$35 shorts, but hey, it's $20 I don't exactly have thanks to quarantine times and I'm a super fast typist. But maybe more importantly, these are from the only brand I ever go out of my way to shop from and the only time I ever purchase straight casual wear (because it's always been of the highest quality). I've bought multiple glove sets and a ton of tees over the years c/o Emazing, have at least 2 hoodies, a couple of pairs of I guess the older generation shorts, and a ton of the stash boxers (best festival investment ever), and I've always been more than happy with the sizing and just overall quality of the products. And now that Into the AM seems to be veering away from rave products and into a day-to-day, multi-occasion clothing line, my expectations were higher than normal. It sucks as there's a final sale policy on I guess all their shorts, because I might be tempted to get a smaller size, although as noted above, none of these seem to actually be cut right. Last thing I'll say, and it's what gets them the 2nd star, is the fabric is, as always, really comfortable. That's unfortunately outweighed by the lack of comfort brought along by constantly having to pull your pants up and retie the drawstring to prevent them from falling right off. Moral of the story, buy if you're just looking for a pair of house shorts, but don't expect to workout or rave with these, or really do much of anything with them outside your home unless you want an exposure charge.

Comfy, easy to wear, would recommend to people. My only gripe is that there were some loose threads around the waistband.
The fabric pills up after just one wash/dry cycle. Also, I feel they run a little small.

They are super comfy, but they are polyester so they do tend to have little lint balls all over them after wash. Best to turn them inside out to wash.
