When you receive your batteries, please keep them stored in the original plastic tray that they were delivered in. Doing this ensures that there is no way any 2 batteries will be touching each other, and in effect draining power before use.
Storing them in their original packaging keeps them all together and prevents any single batteries to be misplaced!

**DO NOT STORE YOUR BATTERIES IN A BAG, OR ANY OTHER CONTAINER. THIS WILL RENDER YOUR BATTERIES DEAD IN A MATTER OF MINUTES**

All issues with batteries must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any claims made outside of the 24 hour time period after delivery of the box will not be honored. We reserve the right to request that any defects be sent back to EmazingLights prior to reshipping any additional products.
