One of the poi’s on the first set was a malfunctioning but the return was processed quickly and a replacement set was sent. Customer service was prompt and helpful. The replacement poi function well and haven’t had any issues. They are extremely bright and the weight on them is perfect. Also are fun to customize, specifically the motion reactive setting :)

I knew I loved these as soon as I turned them on, they are super bright and can be seen even in the daylight. I also loved the many different color options, I'm having so much fun with making new color combinations! These are easy to use and the instructions are exceedingly helpful the first few tries at setting them up.
